This luxury condo includes 1 queen size bed, 1 pull out queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress, relaxing chair, flat screen TV, cable service and free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, cooktop stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dining area, balcony with table and chairs, luxurious towels and linens supplied.

Great view and location.

Thank you for a great place to stay. I was on vacation by myself and I felt safe and the studio condo was very clean and had everything I needed. I happened on some very windy and some chilly weather but I was able to sit on the balcony and read or sit at the kitchen table to eat and enjoy the ocean view.

Everything exactly as pictured. Newly updated.

The condo itself was beautiful and well supplied. The Palace building was very outdated. They were in the process of remodeling the elevators which left only 2 working with 20 plus floors. Thankfully, it was just after peak season. None of the 4 jacuzzi tubs were heated- we thought they were hot tubs? All of the outdoor water amenities including the pool were full of sand and I actually saw a cigarette butt float by. Not necessarily The Palace's fault as much as inconsiderate guests. Hopefully, they continue with remodeling the building to catch up with this very nice, modern condo unit.

Perfect getaway for us as a couple!

The room was outstanding and perfect for the two of us. Conveniently on the beach and 4th floor so we could easily take the stairs or elevator. Bed was comfy and you could hear the waves crashing outside. Loved the decor and patio was just big enough for us to sit and enjoy! Super clean and had everything we needed.
