Villa Altis Park is in a fabulous location! You'll be within walking distance to countless bars, restaurants and shops of Montechoro as well as Praia D' Oura's lively strip. A short drive away are the golden sandy beaches of Praia D 'Oura and Forte de Sao Joao with plenty of watersports. The property consists 4 inter-connecting villas and a seperate detached villa - perfect for large groups looking for a lively holiday. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in 5 bedrooms are included.
Altis Park is in the Praia D'Oura area of Montechoro and within walking distance of the Strip, where you’ll find plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The beaches at Praia D'Oura and Eulalia are a short drive away. The villas are set back some 30 yards from a through road but benefit from double glazed bedrooms and are surrounded by a high wall for added privacy.
Main pool: 10 x 6 mtr, 0.9 - 1.95 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
