Near train station
We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers.

We are rather very surprised at your feedback which came 11 months after. It says you stayed on 3rd July 2022 and you are reviewing on 23rd June 2023. This made us to be concerned as you may have mixed up the apartment you stayed in.
Our apartment does not have AC and was not advertised as having AC but fans and we do not have any tenant below or above. With the timeframe of almost a year that has passed, this could mean that you are reviewing the wrong property.

Central location but The property needs work.
The good: The location is central and a short walk to public transport. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the area felt safe. Communication with the property manager was good.
Okay now for the bad: I absolutely hate leaving poor reviews and usually just won't leave a review at all but I would have like to have known the condition of this property so I felt I needed to.
Upon entering, the apartment is visually clean apart from a large carpet stain in the bedroom. Then as you start to settle in you start noticing more and more issues. The shower has black mold and was tiled with non-waterproof tiles meant for fireplaces. The shower drains VERY slowly so even when turning the water on to wet yourself and off to shampoo/wash then back on to rinse the zero curb shower floods the entire bathroom and you end up standing in black mold water. The sliding bathroom door feels like it is about to fall off the wall. There is no light switch for the bathroom and it is automatic motion sensing which is fine until night time and someone has to use the restroom and it stays on for 10 more minutes after you're done so it keeps you awake. In the bedroom there is a portion of the wall with unknown grim running down the wall. There is a washing machine but somehow the entire washer and anything you are unlucky enough to wash in it comes out smelling of cigarette smoke. I feel like this could be a great little property but it definitely needs major work.

Nice but…
Pictures make it look more upscale than it is. And I picked because close to padditon station which it is. However didn’t realize bedroom window overlooks tracks and trains start at 4:30 So loud for sleeping. Handle on shower and bathroom door broken. Nice but….

Nice property needs a little more care
The apartment is spacious and looks new. The location is convenient. The price was reasonable. However, the owner should take more care of it, including more careful cleaning and active communication.
L'appartamento è carino ma ci sono delle piccole accortezze da fare! La porta del bagno non funziona bene e quando ti fai la doccia devi fare attenzione altrimenti si allaga tutto! Ma nell'insieme e un appartamento carino e dotato di tutto grazie
