Great apartment and location. Very well setup and the terraces and views from the terraces are really special. Location is fantastic and if you chose to stay there you shouldn’t have a car (you won’t need it but also difficult to find parking as mainly a pedestrian area). Highly recommended
We really enjoyed our time in Seville. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was also excellent.

Great apartment which we enjoyed with our family of six. Plenty of space to spread out. Good sized kitchen. Loads of patio and roof tops escapes but the heat was too much to enjoy them. Great location close to restaurants and shops. Would return without hesitation!

Wonderful property in central location. Spacious living space with 4 outdoor seating areas with remarkable views of the city. 3 bedrooms share 3 full and well appointed bathrooms. It elevated our stay in this lovely city to a most memorable level. Gracias!!
Pretty, charming, and well outfitted, this apartment was perfect for our five adult travelers. The outdoor spaces really make the apartment. They are beautiful. The upstairs bedrooms are slightly quirky and a bit dark, but one has beautiful views and a terrace. Bathrooms are modern with good showers. Great modern kitchen, and central location.

All adult family of 5 stayed 5 nights. Lots of space, comfortable beds, perfect kitchen, tastefully decorated, multiple terraces were a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay in this historic property and the views are wonderful . Only negative was that it was too warm on the top floor, but AC worked perfect to cool the main floor. Would love to return!

Location - perfect. So close to everything that you want to visit, yet in a quiet street.
Apartment - clean with lots of light. The view from the top terrace is beautiful. This apartment has 4 outdoor spaces!
Communication with the manager - the best! Always received fast response, very accommodating to our schedule, took care of all requests from cleaning to entertainment.
We really enjoyed out stay.
Exceeded all our expectations. Too many positives to put into words. All I have to say is people in our group cried with joy when they saw this apartment. It is clean, beautiful and steps away from everything. The rooftop patio with stunning views of Sevilla was a wonderful surprise. Cannot recommend highly enough. Stay here! ❤️
We absolutely loved this apartment. It is in a perfect location in the center with a short walk to anywhere that you would want to go. We loved both terraces, especially the terrace looking out over Seville. My wife and I stayed in the apartment with our teenage sons and there was plenty of room for us all. Also loved the modern kitchen. The building is totally safe. We have been fortunate to stay in many apartments throughout Spain and this was definitely our favorite. Staff was always available and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this apartment.

We were visiting Seville to see our daughter who is an exchange student. Choose this apartment because of the convenient location to the central old town area and proximity to many sights, restaurants and shops. We navigated our way to the apartment from the train station where we met Samuel to check in. He gave us an overview of the place and helpful tips including suggested places to have dinner. We had a few questions after check in and Samuel was quick to respond. The apartment is two levels and very beautiful in a traditional Spanish style. The view from the rooftop is spectacular! The place was very clean and we had no complaints. The location was perfect as we toured the city including the Cathedral and Alcazar. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back soon.

Management Dropped the Ball
The apartment is lovely, and the location is fabulous, but there was a leak in the ceiling of one of the three bathrooms. We notified management within an hour of check-in, but the issue was never resolved. We had a three-day rental. We could not use that bathroom and had to turn off the air conditioning downstairs, which supported the primary bedroom, living room, and kitchen. We were three adult couples. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment itself, but Genteel-Home was highly disappointing. 13 days after check-out, I am still waiting for their bleak resolution.
