Spectacular apartment near Alcazar. San Fernando
Spectacular luxury apartment located in a unique area of Seville, Calle San Fernando, one of the best areas of the city. This spacious 258 m² apartment has four bedrooms. The apartment preserves classic elements of its construction, mixed with modern decoration.
Upon entering the apartment we find a large hall in which some of the rooms of the accommodation are distributed. To the right of this hall we find the fully equipped kitchen that has a bar area and at the back a laundry room with washer and dryer. Continuing along this hall, we find a spacious living room with Smart TV, sofas, armchairs, a side table and three balconies that overlook San Fernando Street, which has privileged views of the old Royal Tobacco Factory of Seville, currently the building of the Sevilla University. Thanks to these three balconies, the apartment is very bright. The living room has a dining area with capacity for eight people from which you can access the kitchen, since it has a wide and modern door that connects both rooms.
In the living room area we find the first bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m, a wardrobe, an armchair and a balcony with views of San Fernando street.
The other three bedrooms are distributed in a corridor from which it is accessed through the living room. Upon entering this corridor to the left we find the first full bathroom with shower, returning to the corridor to the right is another full bathroom with shower, continuing down the corridor we find a room on the left with an en-suite bathroom and television, it has one king size bed and a balcony with views of the Alcázar and one of them with an en-suite bathroom. Continuing along the corridor we find two more rooms with single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m and a balcony with views of the Alcázar. The apartment also has a study room perfect for working.
Near this apartment we find some of the most interesting monuments of this city: the Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Giralda and the Archivo de Indias. This area also has numerous tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Andalusian and Sevillian cuisine.
