Good option

For guests without kids. We traveled with 12 kids and found the flat too small to accommodate. The pull out sofa bed was for 1 child. Also neighbor upstairs was a bit noisy. Seemed to be moving late night. Realize owner does not control that. Other than that, location was great to move around London given the proximity to major Underground lines and Paddington station.

Good value in London

We selected this apartment on the basis of value comparative to other properties in London. The location was convenient. The check in process could be improved, as the host was not able to communicate via sms and making payment was disorganised. The apartment was small but well equipped. Bedding was worn and needs replacing. The upstairs neighbours were unfortunately disruptive each night, although at no fault of the host. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay.
