Elegantly renovated farmhouse with pool

Dear Sir, I'm pleased you were satisfied with my full willingness to accommodate your requests, but I regret contradicting all the comments you made. The location is clearly indicated on the vrbo website, and the distance from the highway is obvious. Our guests have never complained about any noise. The farmhouse is surrounded by nature and close to a nature reserve, which enhances its enjoyment. The pool has its own operating system, like all pools. You've probably never stayed in a place with a private pool. The hot tub is in perfect working order and sanitized regularly. Obviously, since it's a water-based system, there may be some limescale buildup on the nozzles, but this doesn't prevent you from enjoying it. Since you arrived well after the permitted check-in time, the wind had time to scatter a few leaves, considering we're in the middle of the countryside and nature is unpredictable. Regarding the air conditioning, which you said had a bad odor, I offered to fix it immediately, but you refused, saying the odor was gone. I even offered to have the place cleaned immediately to fix the problem you were complaining about, but you refused. Instead, I find the whole thing completely specious and intended to get a refund, which you also encouraged with the promise of a positive review.
