PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Claudia is a charming holiday home with a simple, authentic appeal—ideal for those seeking a true rural tourism experience in Le Marche region without straying too far from the sea. Its privileged location allows you to reach the beaches of Marotta in about half an hour, balancing the tranquility of the countryside with the fun of the coast. It’s also perfect for travelers with pets. The property features a private saltwater pool with stepped access, air conditioning, a built-in barbecue for summer cookouts, and several equipped outdoor areas for dining or relaxing. Around San Lorenzo in Campo, you can explore numerous trails, ideal for walking or mountain biking, that wind through villages, vineyards, and olive groves.
A destination where you can be captivated by food and wine tours, discovering wineries, olive mills, and farm stays where you can savor local products and traditional regional cuisine.

The structure is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV area, French sofa bed and dining table, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area. Upstairs there is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with bunk beds, a toilet. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. Casa Claudia 7 is quietly situated on a hillside with fantastic views of the surroundings of the Marche. The area is very large with numerous fruit trees (harvesting to enjoy is welcome). The pool had a perfect size and location to enjoy the property during the days. The house is well equipped and very well maintained. The interior is appropriate for the style of the house. Claudia gave us a friendly and warm welcome with lots of information about things to do. She also cleaned and checked the pool every early morning, so we could enjoy it undisturbed every day. We enjoyed the time very much, especially if you want to spend a relaxed and quiet holiday. All the surroundings like villages, sights and the sea can be reached by car (quickly) or bycicle (sporty).

Das Haus liegt wunderschön privat abgelegen!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön privat abgelegen! Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Garten und die Aussicht war besonders bei Sonnenuntergang traumhaft. Alles im Haus war sauber, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es wurden sogar große Handtücher bereitgestellt. Claudia war sehr sehr nett und wir haben gar nicht mitbekommen, wie sie jeden Morgen den Pool für uns gereinigt hat. Bei unserer Anreise war das Haus etwas schwer zu finden, aber Claudia konnte uns sofort helfen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, um Einkäufe zu erledigen oder den nächsten Strand (30min Fahrt) zu erreichen. Beim nächsten Mal würden auf jeden Fall Insekten/Mückenspray mitnehmen, aber ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Tolle Aussicht

Sauberes Haus und Anwesen. Tolle Umgebung allerdings sehr bergig aber schön. Gänse, Hühner und ab und zu Hundegebell rundeten die schöne Zweit ab. Mit dem Radl konnte man ganz viele Ruinen erforschen. Besitzerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Empfehlenswert

Allt fungerade perfekt

Vi hade en underbar vistelse med poolbad och mysiga besök i närliggande byar. Allt fungerade perfekt, poolen var rensad från löv varje morgon, rent o snyggt. Utsikten från villan var magisk. Tack för en fin vecka.

Unser erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

Wunderbar

Wir haben zwei entspannte, ruhige Wochen in Casa Claudia verbracht. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen ist leise und funktioniert super. Der Pool ist toll und ausreichend groß. Claudia hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und hat jeden Morgen den Pool(Bereich) gereinigt. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir sogar einen zweiten Sonnenschirm. Dankeschön! Der Ausblick und die Ruhe haben uns gut gefallen, den Weg zum nahegelegenen Restaurant auf dem Berg kann man zu Fuß gut meistern, in den Ort unterhalb braucht man ein Auto. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort und würden Casa Claudia weiterempfehlen.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt traumhaft gebettet in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Ein toller Garten mit verschiedenen Fruchtbäumen und sauberem Pool. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Claudia empfangen. Die Aussicht aus dem Küchenfester ist einzigartig, genauso wie der schöne Garten mit verschiedenen Früchten und der Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
