PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Magica is a charming holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region and rises on top of a hill in San Lorenzo in Campo, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley. The property consists of two completely independent units, one of which belongs to the owner who lives there alone. He’s a very discreet and friendly person always ready to welcome his guests. There is a swimming pool for private use and a garden equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

The property is on one level and four steps lead to the main entrance. At the entrance there is a living room with TV area where you can admire a vintage Lambretta and a large kitchen area with double sofa bed. A door separates from the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a small porch with kitchenette and table for al fresco dining in the pool area. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.

Perfect Italian vacation

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Magica! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were a group of five adults and a one-year-old, and the villa suited us perfectly. The view over San Lorenzo in Campo is absolutely breathtaking — a peaceful, picturesque landscape that we’ll remember for a long time. The pool was ideal — crystal clean and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Marche region. A special thank you to Claudio, the host, who was incredibly helpful and warm throughout our stay. His kindness made our visit even more memorable. We also want to thank DH Villas, through whom we booked the property. They helped organize a fantastic winery tour with wine and olive oil tasting, and a truly fun pizza experience, where we learned how to make our own pizza from scratch — and of course, ate way too much of it! We truly hope to return to Casa Magica someday — it lived up to its name in every way!

Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe so renoviert, dass es seinen ursprünglichen Charakter behalten hat und zugleich in jeder Hinsicht sehr komfortabel ist. Ausnahmslos alles war hervorragend in Schuss, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Pool mit toller Aussicht auf San Lorenzo in Campo, das in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Im Dorf gibt es kleine Lädchen, einen gut sortierten Wochenmarkt, dazu auch ein paar Supermärkte. In der Umgebung sollte man auf jeden Fall die Grotta di Frasassi besuchen, sehr beeindruckend! Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt aber dem Eigentümer Claudio, der unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit im Hintergrund dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben und sehr gern wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Claudios Haus. Es gab ausreichend Platz für alle und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Auf jeder Bettseite ein Lichtschalter, ausreichend Steckdosen überall, ein Garderobenständer in jedem Schlafzimmer (sehr praktisch für die bereits getragene aber noch nicht dreckige Kleidung). Der Pool war blitzsauber, für jeden gab es eine (noch sehr neue) Liege und ausreichend Schirme. Der Kühlschrank am Pool war sehr praktisch. Die Küche ist sehr groß, mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet und hat einen super großen Tisch, an dem alle bequem Platz finden. Die Gegend um San Lorenzo in Campo ist sehr hübsch mit den vielen Hügeln. Der Strand hat sehr viele freie Abschnitte, war überraschend leer und das Wasser war klar und ruhig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Eine schöne Woche in den Marken

Haus am Rande des hübschen Ortes San Lorenzo in Campo, gut auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne große Küche mit allem, was es brauNettescht, riesiger Tisch. Man kann aber auch vorm Haus überdacht sitzen. Das Wohnzimmer auch schön, wie in der Küche immer mit charmanten antiken Möbeln und Objekten. Die zwei Schlafzimmer, je mit Bad sind in Ordnung. Der Pool ist schön, mit Blick auf San Lorenzo, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen sowie einem überdachten Platz, sogar mit Kühlschrank. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, versucht sich so gut wie möglich unsichtbar zu machen. In der Umgebung fiel zu sehen, Urbino, Frasassi, Meer. Uns hat's gut gefallen. Grazie Claudio!

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind. Babybett und Hochstühle waren bereitgestellt. Leider war in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich das ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer war. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool war sehr schön und dort gab es viele Liegen und Schattenplätze. Claudio, der Vermieter war sehr diskret, aber immer zur Stelle wenn man ihn braucht. Auch mit Tips für die Umgebung hat er uns gegeben. Das Haus ist ein toller Standort für Unternehmungen in die nähere Umgebung. Das Meer ist nur25 min entfernt und Orte mit Geschichte, wie Jesi oder Urbino sind in weniger als 1 Stunde erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr gelungenen Urlaub.

Calme, espace et tranquillité

Maison propre, située en campagne, au calme, pas de vis à vis, à 35min en voiture de la mer environ. Le propriétaire habite la maison au sous-sol mais n'est pas souvent là, et est très discret quand il est présent. Propriétaire très gentil, avenant, nous a offert une bouteille et autres surprises de la région avant notre départ! Maison prévue pour 7, on y était à 6 et avions chacun de la place. Le chemin d'accès à la maison est carrossable, évitez cependant une voiture trop rabaissée, vous risquez de pas passer! Le minimum était présent lors de notre arrivée (Papier toilettes, produit vaisselle... etc). Nous avons déjà loué plusieurs maisons dans plusieurs régions d'Italie, celle-ci est vraiment bien par rapport à nos précédentes expériences. La piscine peut sembler petite mais à une taille correcte pour se rafraîchir en groupe ou seul. Pas moyen de faire des grandes longueurs à 6 dedans mais ce n'était pas ce que nous cherchions. Elle est a l'usage exclusif des locataires, le proprio n'y vient pas. La vue depuis la piscine est très belle, sur les champs et le village voisin. Devant la maison, une longue table à l'ombre est bienvenue pour manger au "frais"... seules l'entrée et la cuisine n'ont pas de climatisation, 2 ventilateurs au plafond permettent de brasser l'air. Chambres équipées en clim. Le seul bémol qu'on a constaté c'est un matelas un peu dur dans la chambre parentale, qui a l'air d'avoir déjà vécu. Autrement rien à redire. C'était vraiment de magnifiques vacances reposantes dans un endroit hyper calme. Il y a quelques pépites comme restos dans un rayon de 15-20min de la maison qui valent la peine d'être découverts. Je retournerai très volontiers dans cette maison une prochaine fois!

Calme, espace et tranquillité

Maison propre, située en campagne, au calme, pas de vis à vis, à 35min en voiture de la mer environ. Le propriétaire habite la maison au sous-sol mais n'est pas souvent là, et est très discret quand il est présent. Propriétaire très gentil, avenant, nous a offert une bouteille et autres surprises de la région avant notre départ! Maison prévue pour 7, on y était à 6 et avions chacun de la place. Le chemin d'accès à la maison est carrossable, évitez cependant une voiture trop rabaissée, vous risquez de pas passer! Le minimum était présent lors de notre arrivée (Papier toilettes, produit vaisselle... etc). Ruime woning met schitterend uitzicht

Heerlijk ruime keuken, ruime slaapkamers en alles was schoon. Claudio de eigenaar was niets teveel, een pareltje! Zwembad schoon en met mooi uitzicht op het dorp. Fijne veranda en alles verder aanwezig.

VACANZA MAGICA.

E' esattamente come l'avevo immaginata, anzi, sono rimasto positivamente colpito quando il proprietario nel mostrarci la casa ci ha detto che era tutta al piano terra. bella ampia e si dorme benissimo. la piscina è a 20 metri dalla casa ma ben accessibile. il Proprietario " Claudio" una persona splendida e disponibile. che dire…. una vacanza da sogno.
