Beautiful house in a beautiful place w/ a few quirks

This house is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures with multiple rooms, a delightful rooftop balcony, dining room, living room, and a well stocked kitchen. It's a short drive away from a lot of beaches and things to do. Such a great location! The few quirks were: - It is listed as having air conditioning, but it just has one unit in the living room which does not really extend out to the bedrooms. The upstairs room has a fan, and opening the windows in the evening helped. If the days aren't overly hot and you keep the door blinds closed while the sun is high it does stay relatively cool. - There are no beach towels at this property. - Checkin was a bit odd. They did not send over the address at any point. We communicated with the host via WhatsApp who had us drive into a busy part of town to meet him and then he drove us out to the house. It was fine, but kind of a hassle and might be difficult if you do not have internet while you travel. All in all, would stay here again. It was a wonderful time!
