## Space
Beautiful semi-detached house, typology T2 with immense taste and contemporary inspiration, all furnished and beautifully decorated.
On the ground floor, we are greeted by a bright entrance hall that takes us to the living room, which still extends to a fantastic terrace with barbecue, ideal for dining on the street, while enjoying the beautiful landscape over the gardens and the natural reserve and the quiet of the place. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with new appliances, opens to this large living room (with sofa bed) and benefits from plenty of natural light, also having independent access from the front of the house. On this floor, only a few steps down there is a toilet and a extra shower.
On the upper floor are the two beautiful bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and each with its own terrace. The views are from there unobstructed and very pleasant. Besides this there is a great family bathroom with large walk-in shower.

From 21st of September until the beginning of January, there will be construction taking place for a new swimming pool in the condominium. We believe in honesty and strive to set realistic expectations, ensuring your comfort remains a priority.

Inserted in a beautiful gated and private condominium, with large and pleasant landscaped gardens, which embellish the scenery and invite you to the promenade and other outdoor activities, located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful "Praia dos Caneiros" and 2 minutes drive from the center of Ferragudo, this house is the one that sought to spend your vacation every year or live your renovation full time.
About a 5-minute drive from the city of Portimão, it is right next to all the amenities of the big city.
## Transit
From Faro airport you can get to the apartment in 50 minutes by car and 90 by public transport. The beach is within walking distance.
The best way to travel the Algarvarian coast is by boat or car. If you really want to explore the area , a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier as public transport is limited but will also get you around. In Carvoeiro you don't need any special transportation. You can easily walk through the village.
