Fantastic luxury large Villa with heated private pool and capacity for 15 people, located 5-10 minutes walking from the Old Town and 10 minutes walking from the beach and the Harbour.

The fully equipped Villa has two floors and has 8 bedrooms and 8 complete bathrooms.

The Villa has indoor and outdoor dining area for up to 17 people, charcoal BBQ, private garden with sun loungers and chill out area with sisha.

~ Inside

On the ground floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is an outside bathroom.

The spacious and bright living-dining room has a fireplace and direct access to the garden and terrace.

The indoor dining area can seat up to 17 people. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and raindrop effect shower. The master bedroom has also a private balcony.

In addition, there are 3 further bedrooms upstairs, two of them with en-suite bathrooms.

The upper floor of the house has a separate south facing terrace. The terrace is furnished with loungers and sun loungers for sunbathing.

~ Outside

The villa has a nice and well maintained garden, heated outdoor pool, sun loungers and chill out area with sofas and Sisha.

On the terrace at the back of the house there is a BBQ, wood oven and outdoor table for up to 17 people.

Fabulous villa

We had a lovely family Christmas in the sun of Marbella. The villa is very comfortable for large groups (we had 10) on a quiet road yet walkable to the old town and to the beach. The onsite secure parking is a godsend, as parking in Marbella can be difficult. Really lovely place, very responsive host, easy to find. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely fabulous villa in a perfect location 10/15 mins walk to the old town and the front.

Perfect from booking and arranging with the owners and checking in. Plus contact when we were there too nothing was to much. We will definitely be renting again we loved it. Next time we will try out the private chef paella and BBQ experience too. Thank you

70th Birthday Family get together

16 of us stayed in the villa to celebrate a family birthday. It is in a great location close to many amenities. The heated swimming pool was also ideal as we stayed in the villa in February. It is clean and airy with everything you need. Rafael was extremely helpful with any request we had. The villa provided us the opportunity to have a wonderful family experience

Great property for a large family getaway. Good location although a steep walk back up from the front, thd older contjngent found taxis easier. VIlla is in a residential area, so need to be mindful of noise. Handy for old town, about 10 min walk.Lovely places to eat in Orange Square good shops. About ten mjn walk to beach front lots of nice zrestaurants, can recommend The Bungalow, great food and staff. Host offers transport from and to airport, day trips and boat trips. Any minor issues were resolved quickly.

Bonita casa

Todo muy bien. Casa perfectamente equipada y nueva. El único inconveniente es que solo 3 habitaciones tenian el baño incorporado. Eso para personas que no son familia resulta una incomodidad. Al margen de eso ,estancia perfecta.La recomiendo. de eso estanci

The Villa is located in a residential neighborhood, 5-10 minutes walking from the Old Town of Marbella and about 10 minutes walking from the beach, promenade and harbor of Marbella.

~ Restaurants and shops

Less than 8 minutes walking from the Villa you will find the Día Supermarket.

The Mercadona Supermarket is less than 5 minutes drive away and about 15 minutes walking from the Villa.

Less than 5 minutes walk away you will find Avenida Ricardo Soriano, the most important street in Marbella. There you will find a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes.

On the promenade and close to the marina (10 minutes walk), you will find restaurants such as: Los Mellizos (fish and seafood), Taberna Gaspar (Mediterranean cuisine), the Tapas restaurant Lekune, the beach restaurant Los tres Pepes or the famous restaurant la Barca (fish, seafood and paellas).

~ Activities

From the Villa you can walk to the Old Town of Marbella and "Plaza de la Naranjos" (Orange Square). In the narrow streets of the Old Town of Marbella you will find cosy shops, restaurants and cafes.

In the Harbor of Marbella you will find a lot of restaurants and pubs.

Puerto Banús is less than 10 minutes drive from the Villa. Over there you will find one of the most luxurious places on the Costa del Sol. In its streets you will find luxury boutiques such as Christian Dior, Gucci, Bulgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, among others.

If you are thinking of having a boat trip experience along the Marbella Coast, please do not hesitate to ask us and we will give you price for a boat rental with or without captain to spend a few hours or a whole day enjoying the sea and the views of Marbella. We have different rates depending on the boat and duration of the trip.
