Laura Lye Holiday Lets are offering this lovely beach house which is just a stone's throw from the shingle and sand of Felpham Beach. This lovely 3 bedroom house has wonderful living spaces, private parking and a sunny garden with terrace, garden furniture and lawned area.
53 Bereweeke Road is set in the heart of the prettiest part of Felpham as is a wonderful addition to the Laura Lye Holiday let portfolio of Arundel Cottages. At the end of the road are public tennis courts and to the left is the beach with a great café and promenade stretching for miles along the coast.
On entering the house there is a WC with shower on the left then the corridor opens out into a beautiful open plan kitchen/living room which in turn leads onto a bright conservatory with work area and dining room table which comfortably seats 5 guests.
The conservatory leads to a good size garden with comfortable seating on the terrace and grass lawn. There is a separate utility area which houses the washing machine and dryer. There is private parking for one car and parking in the street is unrestricted.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom overlooks the garden and has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 is a small single. The bedrooms share a family bathroom which has a bath , shower, sink and toilet.
We are happy to allow one small well behaved dog at the cottage if booked in advance but they are not allowed on the furniture, upstairs or to be left unattended at the property. There is a charge of £27.50 for stays up to 7 days and £27.50 for each subsequent week.
The picturesque village of Felpham was once home to famed poet and visionary William Blake is gaining national attention as an appeal is launched for the restoration of his thatched cottage tucked just behind Bereweeke Road.
Guests will love the proximity to the beach and the excellent shops and pubs and restaurants in the area. A little further afield are the delights of Goodwood (less than 10 miles away), fabulous theatre and shopping in Chichester and many places of historical interest such as Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Fishbourne Palace and a number of beautiful National Trust houses and gardens. There is plenty for the children to do with a vast array of watersports, crazy golf, trampoline parks and Out of Bounds, a fantastic family entertainment center, all just a short drive away.
