We had a lovely weekend with friends at Greenock Villa, and the kids enjoyed being just a few metres away from the beach. It's a shame we were only there for two nights!
We were all over the moon with the property. It’s the perfect size and had a really great feel about it. We will definitely be looking to visit again soon
Have just had a lovely weekend in the villa with a large family group. The villa was easily big enough for 10 of us.
All the rooms are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped.
The communication from the owner was brilliant and the online check in/out was very easy to follow.
We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again, many thanks!
Amazing location, so close to the beach and easy walking distance to the centre. Comfortable beds , everything functional. Small and inexpensive improvements could have resulted in five stars. More drawers and shelf space would have made for a better experience. The room at the top of the house is lovely but there is no where to hang clothes or put belongings other than two small bedside cabinets. No where to put towels or toiletries. So easily rectified. Overall a lovely experience.

Place was reasonably clean, a lot of mold in the grout in the master bedroom. There’s a washer but no dryer missing some basic amenities no soap holders just a bottle of soap on the floor in the shower no Kleenex no TV in the master bedroom description of it sleeping 10 people is accurate. As long as four of them are kids that go into the room with built-in bunkbeds think that should be emphasized in the add more no trash cans in any of the bedrooms very minimal as far as things hanging on the walls and tables no chair in the master bedroom. Think the main picture they have up in the description is misleading about which house you’re going to be staying in when they send you the final entry details. They have red arrows pointing at the small house to the right in the photo taking up less than 1/3 of the photo. Other than that, our stay was great. Enjoyed the neighborhood.
The house is in a great position near the beach and not far from the pier.
On the whole it was a great place to stay but there were a few things that could be better. There was nowhere to hang towels in the ensuite and few drawers in that bedroom. The bedroom at the top of the house had nowhere to hang clothes and no drawers. The kids bunk room was great! They loved having their own bedside light and there was plenty of storage for their clothes. The kitchen was well equipped but we could have done with some small tumblers. When it was sunny there was a good space to eat outside.

Well appointed house and in a great location. Parking a bonus, although second car needed to move around to find space at some points. A house guide would have been useful (e.g. recycling policy) and communication after our arrival by email meant that these were not seen immediately. The dining table had six good chairs and two benches. The benches were not stable or sound enough to sit on, but as only 6 in our group not an issue. Some less stark lighting in the lounge would be nice. Hanging rails in top bedroom would be useful. Damp issue within the kitchen. A cheese board would be good.
We had a really lovely few days at the house. It was the perfect location by the sea with our extended family and two dogs. My mother can't walk too far but enjoys being out and about loved it. The location worked so well as the house is so close to the beach and very near a lovely beach cafe (open in winter time too).
The house itself was v well equipped and the bedroom with 4 bunks was fun for the kids. V clean, cute garden, plenty of space for a big family and worked well. TV was a challenge but we got there in the end ;)
The children enjoyed lots of activities from the house - such as Butlins water park (a walk away along the promenade), horse riding (20 mins away) and we all went to Chichester Theatre one eve.
Absolutely recommend this property. Gemma was brilliant at answering all questions and helping us out too. We'd definitely like to come back one day.

The house was in a good location, pretty much on the seafront with easy access to beach, cafes and the promenade and a short walk into town.
We were a group of 3 adults and 5 children for a half term break and although the house is advertised for 10, we did find it a bit of a squeeze around the dining table and living areas.
The house itself was presented well, however there is an obvious damp issue with mold present in bathrooms and a strong damp smell when opening every drawer and cupboard in the kitchen.
Also, the downstairs toilet with direct access to the kitchen was not ideal at all.
Overall, the house is ok but I'm not sure with the damp and size the price is entirely justified, especially a £200 cleaning fee.
