This place was very clean and in a very convenient location. We were there in July so it was HOT and so without AC it was hard to sleep but outside of that it was great.

Great Location and an Excellent Host

The property is just as advertised and close to the center of Rapallo. It has the charm of a slightly older property but is comfortable and everything is in good condition. Our host was very accessible and went out of his way to solve an internet problem caused by temporary construction nearby. When we come back to Rapallo we will stay here again. If you have difficulty walking or climbing stairs this isn't the property for you as it is a little uphill from town and there are several flights of stairs, however we found that just added to the charm and a feeling of really living somewhere.

Nice place to rest while exploring the area

Rapallo is a nice spot well situated by the sea and close to Portofino and Margherita and a little more than an hour by car and train to Cinque Terra. This apartment was as advertised—a short walk to the beach area and all the restaurants and shops. There isn’t actually a view of the water, but if you stand on the balcony you can enjoy a view of the pretty hillsides. The owner was nice and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was okay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, but we needed to make a run upon arrival to stock up on laundry detergent, coffee pods, shampoo…which is not something we expected after our previous stops. We found it a little expensive for what it was, but all in all recommend this as a nice place to rest your head(s) while exploring the beautiful area. Also, be sure to save some energy for Rapallo at night because it is delightful, lively, while at the same time being family friendly.

Poor communication from owner

The owner gave us the wrong code to get into the apartment. We called him and texted him for over 3 1/2 hours with no response. The day was getting late and we had to find another apartment last minute which was a major headache. If you have guests checking in on a certain day have your phone on!!!

I’ll start with the positives- the location was great and the house was clean. However, when we arrived there was a note on one of the bathrooms that it was out of service. We were 4 adults and didn’t plan on sharing one bathroom for 4 days, so I emailed the owner. He advised that only the shower wasn’t working but we could use the toilet.I asked for a partial refund, and he agreed to give us 20% off our stay, which wasn’t much considering the inconvenience, but we agreed. Later, one of our group tried using the toilet and it didn’t work. I contacted the owner and he sent someone the next day. He couldn’t fix it then so he came back the following day, (now day 3), and worked for several hours banging etc. while we were resting. By 5 pm on day 3, we had a working toilet (still no shower.) We left the house clean, but I didn’t receive the refund. When I contacted the owner, he said that we left feces on the toilet brush so he would not give us our promised refund. I don’t know whether there was feces on the toilet brush, so I offered to have him take the price of a new toilet brush out of the refund. He then told me that his cleaning lady wouldn’t clean the house because of the toilet brush, so somehow he lost money. Anyway, I wouldn’t rent from him again. The rental was promised as a 2 br, 2 bath, and we did not receive that nor were we given the refund as promised. I think the thing with the toilet brush was an excuse to get out of refunding our money. Super crazy!

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht, bspw. schnelles WLAN, zwei großen TV, Gaskochfeld in der Küche, zwei Badezimmern und zwei Balkons. Für die Garage waren wir angesichts der Parksituation in Rapallo dankbar, auch wenn das Einparken durch das Gefälle am Berg etwas schwierig war. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah und dadurch hört man natürlich den Verkehrslärm der Stadt, dafür ist man schnell am Strand mit vielen Restaurants und dem Bootsanleger für die Fähre in Richtung Portofino.

Endroit fabuleux

Un appartement très complet avec de grandes pièces bien meublées. 2 grandes chambres avec lit confortable et 2 grandes salles de bain le tout très propre! Le salon salle à manger est superbe avec une grande porte fenêtre ouvrant sur un balcon même sans vue sur la mer, tout a fait agréable. Sans oublier la télévision et internet efficace! Une cuisine plus que complète avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Toutes les commodités incluses et les proprios on même pense à fournir les savons à mains et pour les laveuses!!! D’une propreté impeccable!!! Sans oublier le stationnement au garage. Nous recommandons fortement et nous y retournerions sans hésitation!!!

Un bel soggiorno a Rapallo

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni molto belli con i nostri amici in questo appartamento. A parte alcune piccole cose, tutto era perfetto e ci siamo sentiti quasi a casa. Ci è piaciuto molto il fatto che il porto, il centro città e la stazione ferroviaria fossero raggiungibili a piedi. Abbiamo potuto riporre la nostra auto in un garage, il che è stato un grande vantaggio data la mancanza di parcheggi. Nel complesso, una vacanza riuscita e torneremo volentieri.

Mooi appartement op een fijne locatie

Het appartement is ruim en schoon. In de keuken is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt om een maaltijd te bereiden. Het bevindt zich op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum van rapallo. Andrea hebben we niet gezien, maar ze reageerde snel op berichtjes. Het inchecken verliep soepel dmv een sleutelkluis.

Ottima esperienza a Rapallo

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento in base alle fotografie e alla descrizione del proprietario. Devo ammettere che la posizione e' strategica, perche' in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Rapallo e al tempo stesso la zona e' tranquilla. Punto di forza la presenza del box auto, vista la scarsita' dei parcheggi. Ottima esperienza. Da ritornarci.

Appartement central à Rapallo

Nous avons séjournés 8 nuits dans cet appartement à quelques pas du centre ville de Rapallo. Il possède deux terrasses et deux grandes chambres. Tout était très propre. Nous avons apprécié le garage fermé. Merci à Andrea pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

J'avais plusieurs objectifs précis pour mes vacances en Italie. Faire de la randonnée, des visites de sites, me reposer sur les plages, partir en train vers des destinations proches....Bref j'ai atteint tout mes objectifs. Concernant Andréa, c'est une personne de confiance avec qui toutes questions trouvent une réponse et tout sujets devient facile. L'appartement est spacieux, il n'y manque rien. Il est proche de tout pour vous permettre de passer un séjour sans stress. Rigtig dejlig lejlighed

Vi har haft en rigtig dejlig uge i Andrea’s lejlighed. Lejligheden er dejlig med masser af plads til os 5 personer. Kommunikationen var rigtig god med Andrea, vi fik hurtig svar på vores spørgsmål. Lejligheden har en dejlig stor altan og en mindre stor altan. Beliggenhed var perfekt til os: stranden, Restauranter, Shopping, Havn, banegården… er i gåafstand. Rigtig dejlig er også, at der er en garage til lejligheden. Vi har virkelig nydt vores ferie i Rapallo😃

Tolles Apartment

Sehr gute Lage, das Apartment ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Leider gibt es typisch für Italien keine richtigen Bettdecken. Alles in einem aber top. Ich würde jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Großes Apartment, gut gelegen um Ligurien zu entdecken

Großes Apartment in einer ruhigen Strasse ganz in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und Anlegestelle der Schiffe. Zwei Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, dafür hängt ein großes Ventilator von der Decke in jedem Zimmer. In September war es völlig ausreichend. In der Küche alles was man braucht in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Andrea über WhatsApp. Alles für selber Einchecken vorhanden, damit eine Einreise am späten Abend unproblematisch. Garage direkt am Haus, was sehr praktisch ist. Es ist sonst schwer mit den Parkplätzen in der Gegend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne große Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns in die Wohnung verliebt. Sie ist sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kombination aus Stilmöbeln und schlichten modernen Möbeln ist sehr gelungen. Die Wohnung ist zudem mit schönen, eingelegten Steinböden ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und hat einen wunderschönen großen Balkon mit schönem Blick. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig, eines hat sogar einen Balkon. Auch die Küche ist wunderbar, praktisch auch die zwei Bäder. Zum Glück gibt es sogar eine eigene Garage. Die Lage fanden wir optimal. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am schönen Strand, in der Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften und im Hafen.
