Hello, this is my countryhouse, and now it's open for you
This is my family home with genuine vintage furnishings. I ask to all guests to take good care of the house when they live here on their own.
Longer stays will get nice prices :)
Two floors: bedrooms and a small bathroom on the first floor; kitchen, main bathroom and living room on the ground floor. The kitchen was restyled on 2019, and the main bathroom with shower is totally new from 2020.
Then, here is the garden. You can have your meals under the trees, and sunbath when the beaches are really too crowded for your mood.
Wifi is working very well, and there's free parking along the road under the house.
IMPORTANT: if you are coming in two, only one double bedroom will be available for you.
You will find a very clean place at your arrival, and you are expected to leave it in good shape ;)
IMPORTANT: This place is usually rented in the spring-summer months and heating is not necessary. But From September to May, gas and electricity costs will not be included in the rental price, you will therefore have to leave a deposit of 500 euros in cash at your arrival, to be renewed if you stay longer than a month. At your departure we will calculate the costs based on consumption and bills, and see how much to return or request further.
The place is perfect for who are interested in a vacation along the coast of Liguria: it's a house with garden up in the hills, with a gorgeous view and only 10 minutes by car from the sea. It's quiet and relaxing place.
The house is located in San Martino di Noceto, in the Comune of Rapallo (provincial of Genova). The location is very tranquil but very close to the sea: Camogli (a small perfect village of fishermen), Santa Margherita and Rapallo are all about 7 kilometers away.
The Regional Park and the Marine Life Sanctuary of Portofino are just around the corner with chestnut tree woods and olive groves that face the sea. The marine environment of Portofino is one of the most bio-diverse and unique in the Mediterranean and for that reason the Portofino Marine park is visited by divers and studied by biologists from all over the world.
Just ask me, and I'll give you a lot of useful hints to make your stay as pleasant as possible: places to go and to eat in the area, maps and tips for the Parco di Portofino. And all the sea places you'd never find ;)
