About this property

La Casetta

Ancient house completely renovated and welcoming on three floors.
Typical Italian hinterland town at the foot of the mountains. This is not touristic area.
Free parking in front of the house.
Quiet area surrounded by woods and small villages.
A good base for visiting the Biellese area and bejond
15 minutes by Oasi Zegna.
Everything to discover..

The house is on three floors connected by stairs.

In case of cold night are available:

-THE ELECTRIC BED WORMER

Composed on the ground floor of entrance, kitchen, dining room, private courtyard where it is possible to take out the table.
On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, a small balcony and a complete bathroom.
On the third floor there is a bedroom and two balconies.
Nearby there are bars, groceries, pharmacy, e-bike rental.

Free parking right in front.

Schimmel! Nur mit Auto

Das Haus ist auf den ersten Blick sauber. Auf den zweiten nicht mehr so richtig. Und leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Regalbretter in der Küche mit grünem Schimmel komplett überzogen waren. Auch in den Wänden im Erdgeschoss scheint Schimmel überstrichen worden zu sein. Wir waren ohne Auto da, was nicht zu empfehlen ist, weil man zu Fuß nichts machen kann. In der Umgebung gibt es nur alte Industrie und stark befahrene Straßen ohne Fußwege. Mit Auto wäre es vielleicht besser. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach zwei Nächten abgebrochen und haben nicht mal eine Entschuldigung für den Schimmel bekommen.
