This lovely modern apartment is situated in the popular condominium of Vista das Ondas in central Olhos D'Agua.
There is a shared swimming pool,childrens pool and children's play park, and tennis courts

The apartment is accessed by a coded door and the apartment is on ground level.

The modern well equipped kitchen has everything necessary for those who wish to cook at home although there is a great variety of restaurants and shops within very easy walking distance.

The living area has a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 1 adult or 2 children, television and dining table and chairs for 4. The bedroom has air conditioning and a double bed.
There are patio doors that lead out to the spacious terrace looking over the children's play area and the pool is to the side.

The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and nicely presented. We stayed during winter, and while there’s no central heating, there is a single electric heater, which wasn’t quite enough to warm the entire flat. The bed and couch are on the firmer side, and the pillows are small, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable for us. Additionally, there isn’t a shower curtain or extended glass door, so water can splash onto the floor.That said, everything else about the place was wonderful, and we appreciated the cleanliness and charm of the apartment.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment in a chilled out complex called Vistas Das Ondas. Very close to restaurants and 10 mins walk from the beach. Apartment clean and nicely decorated, WiFi good, balcony is large. Overall really nice and excellent value!

It was ok, but we had a few issues that we had to communicate with the manager of the property and she was not understanding and seeing the problems from our perspective and treated us like she didn’t want to help.

These clients telephoned at 02.30 in the morning as did not find the entrance. (This is the first time anyone has had a problem) Then they called on a Saturday night at 23.30 to say they had left the keys inside at 10.00 that morning! Therefore this required a visit to go out at nearly midnight to give them spare keys.

Great Holiday Home

The apartment was great for me and my husband, It had everything supplied that we needed and many extras. Walking distance to a lovely beach with great cafes and restaurants. We hired a car and was able to park it under the apartment block. We let holiday homes ourselves in England and this was place was high quality . Hoping to beable to return again.

Bom apartamento, bem decorado e equipado. Boa zona, perto de restaurantes, lojas, supermercado, mas sossegada. Piscina e espaço envolvente excelente. A sala tem uma janela sem estore e entra a luz logo pela manhã. O chuveiro do WC tem pouquíssima pressão, que dificulta o duche, sobretudo com crianças. Bom lugar de garagem e acesso. Ponto negativo: check on começa tarde e check out até às 10h é muito cedo.
