We stayed for a month. Well located with good access to many attractions and points of interest and many restaurants. The villa was lovely, nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and fully met our requirements for a long stay. Nicole was very helpful and responsive to any questions or requests we had. We would certainly consider staying again.

Quiet, Comfortable, Clean Home

The home was the perfect stay for our 5 year anniversary. Clean, plenty of room, wonderful beds, pillows, and blankets. Nicely decorated. We had a lovely time and would not change anything. Thank you!

A week with friends & family at Balaia

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s apartment at Balaia. The apartment is beautiful and really well equipped with everything you could ask for. The apartment is situated near the Clubhouse in a quiet part of the complex, it’s a lovely, peaceful location. I would say in the heat it’s quite a walk down to the main areas with the restaurants and pools so worth bearing in mind when choosing. We loved the calm! We had friends staying in other apartments and loved being able to pick which pool to visit each day- our favourite was the Whale pool! The whole of Balaia is so well maintained with beautiful gardens. What a lovely week!

Girls' Trip

Nicole is an excellent hostess!! We were in contact well before our visit. She was extremely accomomdating and responsive, arranging for transportation and making suggestions for places to see/go. The evening we arrived we found the TV was not working & she had it replaced the next morning!The only surprise was the walking distance to the nearest beach and town. The condo was set deep into the complex which was good and bad. Good because it was very peaceful, bad because it was a long walk just to get out of complex. I would suggest renting a car at the front desk.Two things I would suggest are having a blow dryer available and ise trays Overall, wonderful stay!

Es war eine so komfortable, hochwertige und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ! Eine super vollausgestattete Küche, sogar mit einer Delta Q Kapselkaffeemaschine. Auch gab es einen zweiten Fernseher in einem der Schlafzimmer. Und es gab "richtige" Bettdecken mit Bezügen was toll war. Sonst sind ja eher im Süden die riesigen Bettlaken üblich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Resort in der Nähe vom Clubhaus. Zur Rezeption und zum Minimarkt sind es 10 min Fußweg. Zum Praia Maria Luisa sind es 20 min Fußweg. Soo schön dort! Um noch mehr von der gigantischen Algarve und den spektakulären Felsformationen zu sehen empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Wir waren im Januar/Februar 5 Wochen dort und hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit auch bei dem 2026 Winter mit viel Regen da wir ja eine tolle Unterkunft hatten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne und kommen unbedingt wieder! Vielen Dank Nicole und liebe Grüße Andrea und Olaf aus Beelitz/Deutschland

Trés bon Séjour

La maison est magnifique ,spacieuse et tres bien equipée. Il y a une tres belle deco interieure , on se sent comme chez soi. Il y a aussi plusieurs piscines dans l'ensemble de la résidence avec toujours de l'espace. Pour sejourner dans le coin ,il n'y a pas mieux.

Fantastic stay at Balaia!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Balaia and found the apartment to be ideal. We have stayed at a number of rental properties on the resort but found this one to be by far the best for both style and comfort. Our host was very friendly and happy to assist with any queries from beginning to end. We hope to return again soon and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of booking. Thank you!

Balaia Golf village

Excelente estadía

A casa é muito acolhedora, muito bem limpa, e tem uma excelente decoração. Possui várias acomonidades tal como refere, o que facilita a ter uma boa estadia. A Sra. Nicole é muito simpática, bastante acessível e sempre preocupada em saber se está tudo a correr bem e se precisamos de algo. Para finalizar, o terraço é fantástico para um pequeno almoço ou para aproveitar um fim de tarde sossegado. Ficamos muito contentes com a nossa estadia.
