This private estate of old stone houses is located in Fakamia a peaceful hillside hamlet nearby Nisaki, heart of the most beautiful and prestigious North Est coast of Corfu. The house has been completely renovated, designed and furnished by its owner who is a designer. The premises benefit from an exceptional view towards the sea and the Greek and Albanian coast. On the ground floor is the sitting room with an open plan kitchen which leads to the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and separate loo. To the other side is the guest bedroom with an adjacent shower room and loo. The staircase leads to the covered terrace of 100 m2 with a summer dining area, lounge, kitchenette, solarium with shower and a sink. All the rooms of this house look onto the exceptional full sea view as well as the ground floor terrace with its swimming pool.
Second master-bedroom with his en-suite bathroom is accessible from the outside at the pool terrace.
Third master-bedroom with his en-suite bathroom is accessible from the outside at the top level of the property.

Sehr schöne Villa mit atemberaubendem Meerblick

Die Villa ist sehr beeindruckend im “Renaissance Stil” eingerichtet. Man sieht die Liebe zum Detail. Von der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gemangelt. Es gab sogar eine Eismaschine die Eiswürfel produziert hat. Tolles Soundsystem vorhanden um abends gemütlich Musik zu hören. Sehr ruhige Lage ohne direkte Nachbarn. Von der Villa aus hat man eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die griechischen sowie albanischen Berge. Der infinity Pool mit angenehmer Temperatur rundet das ganze noch ab! Die Besitzer sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Menschen. Die Kommunikation war stets problemlos. Sie haben uns beim Eintreffen in der Villa alles gezeigt und erklärt. Uns wurde eine Liste mit ihren Empfehlungen von Orten auf der Insel und Restaurants ausgehändigt was wir sehr lieb fanden, und wir können sagen, die Empfehlungen waren sehr gut. Generell waren die Beiden hilfreich wenn wir fragen hatten oder Hilfe benötigten. Der check out Prozess verlief schnell und reibungslos (keine halbe Stunde). Alles in Allem ist die Villa rundum für Paare zu empfehlen!

Magical dream villa

This was a wonderful villa, very special and an amazing view! It has a unique layout and really suited for those who love beauty and quiet surroundings. The art and furnishings are extraordinary. The owners are so sweet. I was lucky to be with a fearless friend that could drive up the very steep hill. A lovely romantic getaway in a beautiful area of Corfu, I am so happy that I picked this villa for my holiday.
