Sophie raised a complaint about the standard of the cleaning on arrival and as such we sent the cleaning team back not once but twice.
Given that the guest stayed the full duration of her booking rather than leaving the property we would suggest that this is not a cleaning issue here. She was refunded the full cleaning fee and 1 night of her stay for the inconvenience of having the cleaners have to return.
