The apartment has a large double bedroom, kitchen and living room in one room and bathroom with shower. Guests will have the entire property for private use. Strategic location, close to bars and restaurants, the lake and the main attractions of the city. Close to the railway stations of Como Nord Lago and to navigation. Walking along the lakeside you can reach in a few minutes the city center, the funicular to Brunate and thanks to the proximity to the bus and ferry stops you can easily reach all the main tourist attractions of Lake Como.

The owners ask you not to adjust the thermostat so can make the bedroom which is on the exposed backside of the unit get very warm

Overall, superb location if you’re looking to stay in Como, with train (Como Lago) and bus station within 5 mins walk, and lots of dining options around. Instructions and communication on self check in was clear . Only thing to note is the slow Wifi service and that there is little Wifi signal from the Bedroom wherein I had to use my data. Will recommend still !

Uns gefällt die Lage der Wohnung nahe am See und trotzdem zentral. Ein Supermarkt im selben Gebäude und Restaurants in der Nähe erlauben eine flexible Planung.
Die Wohnung ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Wohnküche ist nicht sehr hell, die Aussicht geht auf den (meist) ruhigen Hinterhof.
Das Anmeldeprozedere ist anspruchsvoll für non-digital- natives, aber der Support und Empfang sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll.
Wir würden wieder kommen!
