Great central location in a vibrant neighborhood close to good restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation. The apartment was modern, thoughtfully designed, and very clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was extremely responsive. Would definitely come back next time we are in Valencia.

Our family of four had a very nice stay in this cozy apartment in Valencia. The clean and bright apartment is in a great location near train stations and walkable to old town, shops, and restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Great location in Valencia!

We spent a long holiday weekend here with our two teenaged daughters and had a great time. The apartment was centrally located, easy to access, clean, and exactly as listed. Host was communicative and responsive - would recommend and definitely return!

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was in a great spot really close to the station and supermarket. Bedrooms were more than adequate with comfortable mattresses, even on the bunk bed. The outdoor courtyard is a great feature. All in all, we had a fab stay.

Enjoyable stay in Valencia

Gemma and Geraldine were excellent hosts- extremely responsive and courteous. The apartment was quite secure (electronic entry), and had convenient access to trains, buses, and Metros, from which we were easily able to enjoy everything that València had to offer.

Comfortable apartment in a central location

We spent 5 nights at the apartment. It was very comfortable (great beds and shower) and in a fabulous location being easy walking distance from old Valencia and 10 minutes walk from the metro and trams (and the main railway station). The only slight issue was that the apartments aren't brilliantly soundproofed and we had noisy neighbours (other holiday makers so not a permanent issue). Would definitely go back.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of the city

A lovely apartment, very well appointed, very comfortable beds and a splendid sunny balcony which was such a treat! All communication with the owners was perfect and the instructions for the doors was very easy. The apartment is a few minutes from the main train station for a day trip to towns around Valencia. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again but not during the Fallas Festival next time! It was a bit loud! 😄

Wonderful Valencia Apartment

We booked this VRBO for my wife, my 21 yr old daughter and me for 3 days/nights. It had a great central location. 10 minutes of walking to almost everything. Safe neighborhood. Plenty of room with living room and kitchen and 2 good size bedrooms. Access to the building and apartment was seamless. Very cozy inside with great decor (brick walls and wood beams). Very clean. Washing machine with outside patio for quick clothes drying. Definitely recommend !!! And we LOVED the beautiful city of Valencia !

Beautiful Property & Great Host!

I booked this apartment about a week prior to arrival because I had issues with an apartment I previously booked. The ratings and reviews were impressive and I was surprised it was available. I was impressed from the very first interaction. Geraldine was extremely responsive. Even with a 6hr time zone difference she didn't miss a beat with timely responses to every question. The payment process was smooth. She was proactive in providing detailed information about the apartment & city (recommendations for things to do, restaurants, transportation, emergency needs, etc.). We were traveling with a toddler. They provided complimentary pack & play (baby bed) and highchair. They also had a huge container full of toys that she thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment looked just as it did in pictures. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the terrace. They were also very accommodating with an early check-in. We were traveling separate from my oldest daughter who arrived at 8a hours before check-in and long before we would be there. I was concerned that she may be left to wander all day until we arrived at 10p. It worked out that the apartment was available for early check-in. I didn't even ask. She offered and my daughter was able to access the apartment with no problems as soon as she arrived. I can't say enough how much my entire family enjoyed our stay and how much I appreciate Geraldine for all of her help!

L’appartement est fidèle aux photos, très propre et bien équipé. Idéalement placé pour visiter la ville à pied et avec tous les commerces de proximité à quelques minutes de marche. La terrasse est agréable même au mois d’avril. La propriétaire a été très arrangeante tant concernant notre heure d’arrivée que pour nous proposer une solution pour nos bagages le jour du départ. Seul bémol, le bruit de la rue la nuit depuis les chambres.
