Birthday Trip

My family of 5 ( kids ages 8-4) had a great time in Valencia. The apartment was as described and provided a nice spot for us to stay. Great location- easy access to pubic transportation, walkable and near a bunch of restaurants. The hosts provided some great food and activity recommendations in a book they left about Valencia. Because it’s a busy section of the city, it was a little noisy. Would recommend staying here. .

Great location in the heart of Valencia

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Valencia. The unit was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Communication with the host was easy. Most of the places we wanted to experience were within a short walk from the unit. We even ventured on foot to the City of Arts and Sciences. Valencia has such a cool vibe and you really feel right in the middle of it all when staying here. We highly recommend this unit if you want to be close to everything Valencia has to offer.

Central Apartment.

The apartment is right in the middle of the Old town amongst all the hustle & bustle. We were contacted on the day by the cleaner Raquel who let us get into the apartment 2 hours earlier which was very helpful and straight away she got myself a beer & my daughter an ice-cream so that was a very nice welcome. The apartment is laid out well and has everything you could possibly need including air-con. Even though the street below is very busy especially at night time once you close the door to the bedrooms you can't hear a thing. Overall it is a fantastic apartment and I would 100% stay here again.

Amazing location

This apartment is ideally located on a street with lots of restaurants and shops. It is a short walk to many places we enjoyed. Because the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment, the noise from the nightlife didn’t bother us. Pilar was a wonderful host, who quickly responded to questions and made check-in easy. The only problem was that the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. In retrospect, I should have noted that the listing did not mention a no smoking policy. That’s my fault. The smell permeated everything in the apartment, even our clean clothes. Lesson learned.

The apartment is really in the middle of everything. Everything is on walking distance. Lot’s of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Also a supermarket is nearby. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The beds are for Spanish meaning really spacious. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and always a quick reply. Also a big advantage is the metro station Xativa is really very close.

Un luogo strategico per visitare Valencia

L’appartamento è esattamente come appare nel sito. Questo è già garanzia di serietà. Pulito e confortevole. Forse un po’ piccola una delle due camere, ma perfetta per una coppia. L’altra invece ha due letti separati. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città. Pur essendo centrale è silenzioso e luminoso. Ottima anche l’accoglienza da parte dell’host.

Clean, Quiet apartment; Great location

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this property. The location is great for tourists. It is within walking distance to major historic sites and museums. There are several bus stops and a metro station minutes away. The outside street is busy with several restaurants and coffee shops but inside the apartment it is quiet. The beds are comfortable and we were not bothered by any outside noise. The second bedroom is small but 2 adults had no problem sleeping there. Check in was easy. We had no trouble finding the apartment. Raquel met us at the apartment and showed us around. She was very friendly and helpful. I would stay in this apartment again if we make it back to Valencia.

Excellent very well placed apartment

Lovely apartment superbly placed for everything you want to see in Valencia. Close to Mercadona one way and the Central Market the other way for all your needs for a lovely stay. Restaurants galore.

What a great location in a wonderful city. Check in was thorough and friendly.

I would give this apartment a "10" if I could!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Pilar is an excellent host. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and the location could not be better. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! Valencia is an amazing city! We will be back and plan it around the ability to stay in this same apartment! Pilar, thank you for everything!!

Schöne Wohnung in großartiger Lage

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir noch am Flughafen waren, hatte Raquel schon per WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass sie uns in der Wohnung erwartet. Die Wohnung im 4. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl) ist sehr angenehm und praktisch eingerichtet. Durch die vielen Accessoires wie Bilder, Vasen etc. ist es sehr gemütlich und wohnlich. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet viele Sitz- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist schon recht beengt, hat aber dennoch ausreichend viele Schränke um seine Sachen unterzubringen. Zwei schöne Bäder (eines mit, eines ohne Dusche), die ebenfalls viele Ablagemöglichkeiten bieten, sind für eine Familie sehr praktisch. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, jeder Person ein zweites Handtuch zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt ideal! Man findet diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Metro- und Busstationen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Im Wohnzimmer ist es daher abends relativ laut (bis ca. 23 Uhr), in den Schlafzimmern bekommt man davon aber trotz geöffnetem Fenster nichts mit. Bei einer künftigen Reise nach Valencia würden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wollen. P.S.: Vielen Dank auch an Pilar für das Organisieren der günstigen Eintrittskarten!
