The flat is spacious and has a good sized twin room suitable for children or sharers with some games and books provided for all ages. The double bedroom also features a Desk for those needing some quiet to get work done, plenty of storage provided. The modern Bathroom has a bath and shower over. Through to the Kitchen, fully equipped even with a Coffee Machine. The Lounge has a dining table and corner sofa, which folds out into a double Sofa bed and a flat screen TV, stylish decor throughout.

PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £500 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY and THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £110.

The nearest train stations are either Fratton or Portsmouth Harbour, both less than 10 minutes away, there are several bus stops nearby - if you are arriving by Car, parking is street parking in the surrounding roads which you will need a daily permit for, which you can purchase through us.

The flat is in the heart of Southsea, it is just off from a main road and a 2 minute walk to the local High Street, there are bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, a Waitrose - all within minutes. The Seafront is less than a 10 minute walk away.

The nearest train station is Portsmouth Harbour or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car. There are many Bus Stops nearby. If you are coming by Car, the parking is street parking in the surrounding roads - you will need a permit as Southsea is all zone parking, you can purchase then through us.

There is a lift at this Apartment, it is situated on the 1st Floor.
