Guests can refresh in the 50m² semi-salt eco-pool or enjoy al fresco barbecues prepared in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, sink, and fridge. Multiple shaded terraces and lounge areas allow intimate gatherings or social celebrations, while an outdoor shower and sensory garden paths add versatility. The exterior is designed to accommodate retreats, weddings, and family events, providing a private resort-like atmosphere for every occasion.

Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.

Practicalities
Secure Parking is available outside the Villa’s premises for 5+ Cars. The Five Residences are fully equipped with Kitchens, each featuring a Fridge with Freezer, Electric Stove with Oven, Filter Coffee Machine, Nespresso Machine with Regular Capsules, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, and all necessary Kitchen Utensils. Additional Amenities include Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair Dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm, Safety Box, Smoke Detectors and clearly marked Emergency Exit.
