The property is easily accessible from the M6 motorway and the central location makes it ideal for visiting the many Lakeland villages including Windermere, Ambleside, Keswick and Coniston.

The ground floor comprises the living room with a fabulous open fire, a flat-screen Freeview TV and comfy furnishings. View from the living room to the River Kent.
Off the living room is the modern kitchen that has been fitted out to a high standard with modern appliances.
The rear door leads to the patio area where you will find the outhouse that has been converted into a laundry room with a washer & dryer, outside furniture and the second-level sitting area.

Changeover days are either a Monday or a Friday. The stairs to the first floor are carpeted with a secure handrail.
