This single-storey, detached cottage near Kendal sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Little Crake Howe is a delightful, ground floor cottage set on the owner's working farm, 4.5 miles from Kendal. With one king-size double and one twin bedroom, the property can sleep four people. There's also a bathroom with separate shower and a sociable open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and French doors. Outside, there is off road parking and a shared, large rear lawned garden and private patio with furniture. Set on the owner's working farm, on the edge of the Lake District, Little Crake Howe offers friends and families an authentic rural getaway.
Amenities: Oil underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Large shared rear lawned garden and private patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 4.5 miles. Note: Whilst all ground floor, there are 5 steps plus sloped access to the entrance, with 1 internal step. Note: Property set on a working farm, children to be supervised and there may be some occasional noise experienced from farm machinery. Note: Property shares driveway access with the farm and small neighbouring static caravan site. The lawned garden is occasionally used by people staying on the small caravan site.
