Property was neat & clean. It was well-located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There was a little hiccup with the check-in, as we were sent the wrong access code; however, the host rectified that immediately. The "huge yard" sold us on the house because we were traveling with our dogs. It turned out to be a "huge disappointment" and not as pictured. It could not be accessed directly from the house so we had to take dogs out on leash. You had to exit a side door & walk down the driveway to open a gate to the yard. It was pretty much a mess. We certainly could not let our dogs run in the yard because a large hedge (perhaps bamboo) had been whacked down along the back fence, & large spikes from the hedge covered an area of roughly 5' x 15' along the back fence--an accident waiting to happen. The grass, which apparently had been quite tall just before it was cut for our arrival, was not bagged & left large clumps of wet grass clippings all over the yard. It was impossible not to track that mess into the house. Unless the owner removes the remnants of that hedge, the backyard is NOT a place for dogs or small children.
