This spacious ground floor apartment is situated in the historic harbour masters house and is only yards from the sandy beach. Located in the coastal town of Troon and only a short distance from the harbour with restaurant, town centre and promenade and is ideally located to explore the beauty of south west Scotland. Troon has a wide range of amenities including shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities, and a yacht marina, and is home to the world-famous Royal Troon Golf Course. Ayrshire is home to the Ayrshire Coastal Path, a 100-mile-long coastal walk with one of the finest panoramic coastlines in the British Isles.
Crowned with a superb backdrop of the ever-changing profile of the mountains of Arran across the Firth of Clyde, this coastline is steeped in history and teeming with wildlife, including red squirrels, deer, otters, and seals; it is also a haven for bird watchers. Also, the perfect base from which to explore the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae. The cosmopolitan city of Glasgow is only 40 minutes away and Edinburgh only 45 minutes beyond, with rail links to both.
