Villa Olivia has an independent, ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms (in one bedroom the bed can be divided into 2 single beds), 2 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and comfortable living area including a dining room. Also available is a studio with sofa bed for an additional 2 people. From the portico and terrace you will enjoy the lovely view of the Tigullio Gulf and Portofino. The apartment and studio are only bookable in its entirety: no sharing with other guests.
Sant'Ambrogio di Zoagli is a beautiful area with breathtaking views of the promontory of Portofino and a great restaurant ("Le Due Querce") with a magnificent view just a few minutes walk from Villino Olivia. The house is a 10 minute drive from the center of Rapallo and 15 minutes from Chiavari. You can reach the beach of Zoagli by foot, by going down the trail next to the San Pantaleo chapel. It takes about 40 min. There are several other beaches in the Tigullio Gulf, both sandy and pebble, such as at Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita, Paraggi, San Fruttuoso (only by boat or foot) and Camogli (Golfo Paradiso).

Great day trips are to:
- the Cinque Terre by boat or train, (can be really full of tourists on some days in full tourist season)
- Genova to see the historical centre, the acquarium and seafront, the palazzo Ducale and royal palace, and lots more
- Portofino by boat, car, bike, bus or walking (8.3 km from downtown Rapallo)
- San Fruttuoso by walking trail or boat
- Camogli by boat, car or train

The area has many hiking trails, well marked, some of them also for mountain biking.
In Rapallo there is:
- an 18 hole golf course and tennis club
- a cable car going to the sanctuary of Montallegro (you can also hike up or walk down)
