Pear Tree Cottage is a wonderful semi-detached cottage resting on the outskirts of Grange-Over-Sands in Cumbria. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and a bunk, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a large garden with patio, raised lawn, furniture and barbecue. Pear Tree Cottage is an idyllic setting for exploring the Lakes with loved ones.

Note: There are a couple of steps leading up to the bedrooms on the first-floor, please take care. Please note that this cottage may be more suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children due to the amount of seating in the sitting room.

There is also an excellent golf course as well as the stunning ornamental gardens, ideal for an afternoon stroll and taking in the last of the sunshine.
