Welcome to this newly completed holiday apartment in Toscolano Maderno with a gigantic lake view. Idyllically located on the hill, this apartment offers peace and quiet and is the ideal starting point for your excursions.

Spacious, comfortable and friendly furnished apartment, fully air-conditioned, in a sunny, green, quiet location, approx. 5 minutes drive to the old town of Toscolano del Garda and the beach.

From the living area you get to the balcony, which invites you to have breakfast in the morning and in the evening you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the fantastic view of Lake Garda with a glass of wine.

A bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen satellite TV is waiting for you, and you can also access the balcony from the bedroom. In addition, there is the possibility of using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room, so that the apartment can be booked for up to 4 people.

High quality, very well equipped fitted kitchen with an attractive dining area. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and window.

Our beautiful and private garden also invites you to linger.

You can park your bicycles in our open "bicycle garage" below your balcony and you have to walk a few stairs to reach the apartment.

Toscolano-Maderno has a wonderfully mild climate. The nature with cypresses, holm oaks and olive trees is great. It is a pleasure to wander through this idyll. Just enjoy the time in a beautiful holiday apartment Toscolano-Maderno or a holiday home in Toscolano-Maderno. You will never be bored. This is ensured by the 4,000 square meter bathing beach, which was recently wonderfully expanded. And if that's not enough: even a golf course is available in the municipality of Toscolano-Maderno. If you want to look elsewhere, just take the ferry (which runs all year round) to Torri del Benaco. The Scaliger Castle from 1383 and many other sights await you here. As you can see, a vacation in a comfortable Toscolano-Maderno holiday home or one of the beautiful Toscolano-Maderno holiday homes is definitely worth it.

Bel appartement, bien équipé avec une vue dégagée sur le lac. La terrasse est suffisamment grande pour y prendre tous les repas confortablement. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraichir après les sorties.

Sehr schöner Vorfrühling am Gardasee

Sehr gut. Traumhafte Lage und Ausblick. Großer Balkon. Bequemes Bett. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und beinhaltet alles Notwendige für einen entspannten Urlaub. Sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Leider sind vom Parkplatz einige Meter aufwärts zu laufen und ein paar Treppen zu steigen. Das hält fit 😉.

Wir verbrachten in dieser FeWo zweieinhalb wundervolle Urlaubswochen im August und haben uns hier zu dritt auch wirklich wohl gefühlt.Hervorzuheben ist die faszinierende Lage, die einen wundervollen Blick von der Terrasse über den mittleren und südlichen Teil des Gardasees bis hin zum Monte Baldo bietet. Und das Dank Sonnenmarkise auch zu jeder Tageszeit. Na einer etwas anstrengenden Anreise und einer für uns anfänglich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigen Auffahrt zu der Appartementanlage (weil im letzten Teil doch etwas steiler, als wir es als Flachland-Europäer gewohnt waren), wurden wir sehr herzlich durch die Eigentümerin selbst empfangen und man spürte sofort,dass ihr die Wohnung am Herzen lag. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die technischen Geräte von den Küchengeräten bis zur Klimaanlage arbeiteten alle einwandfrei und zuverlässlich. Betreffend der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben während unseres Urlaubes hier wirklich nichts vermisst. Genossen haben wir auch den Gemeinschaftspool, der immer für eine Abkühlung gut war. Zu Fuß nach Maderno waren es bergab ca. 15 Minuten,bergauf bei regelmäßig 28-30 Grad entsprechend mehr. Von hier aus haben wir uns rund um den Gardasee in unserem Urlaub sehr viel angesehen, und abends bei einem leckeren Glas Wein auf der Terasse mit Blick über den See den Tag ausklingen lassen. Leider ist die Wohnung für Sommer 2023 schon ausgebucht....

Tolle Aussicht auf den Gardasee Neu renovierte Wohnung Ruhige Lage Sehr sauber Alles vorhanden (auch ein Parkplatz war immer zu bekommen) Nette Vermieterin Am steilen Hang und weiter Weg in den Ort (Das weiß man aber vorher). Pool etwas klein, wenn mehrere Parteien am Ort sind (Wirkt auf Fotos größer). TV im Schlafzimer hat nur ital. Programme. Mit vier Personen teilweise etwas eng. Für zwei Personen ideal.

Frisch renovierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich! Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Die Wohnung liegt sehr hoch auf einem Hügel. Dementsprechend gut zu Fuss sollte man sein!
