This apartment is a 35 m2 apartment with swimming pool, air conditioning, renovated in 2012, southern exposure with a garden, on a hill overlooking the lake, 1. 5 km from the main town - but near Maclino (500 meters) - and the beach.

- Denis Scharffe: Raffaele was a very accommodating and helpful host. With a small existing folder of the best restaurants, beaches and other helpful information he has personally placed over Flyers supplemented and thus most deserving person than his 5 star rating. And the apartment itself is exactly the same description and as described, newly renovated and well equipped. The pool invites you to relax in the evening again and come down a. - Thierry Jacquemart: Raffaele parle très bien le Français, nous avec beaucoup de accueilli a gentillesse et al pris le temps de nous sur les informations fournir of endroits à visiter et les dans cette magnifique région Activités possibles. Le quartier est calme, un peu à l'écart sur les hauteurs de Toscolano (village de Maclino, avec des vues somptueuses sur le Lac). Il ya quelques restaurants dans le village, dont celui de l'hôtel Belvédère, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix (et une jolie vue sur le lac). L'appartement convient pour un couple, il est propre et bien équipé (il ya même avec une télévision et Skype Youtube). Le WiFi fonctionne mais est assez lent (partagé avec une autre habitation). La piscine est partagée avec les proches apartments, elle est propre et bien entretenue. La terrasse avec vue sur le lac (limitée, à cause de la hauteur des oliviers) est de prendre les permet spacieuse et repas à l'exterior, elle est équipée d'un store enroulable avec manivelle. Un emplacement de parking est reservé face à l'entrée. Globalement, un endroit que je recommande à ceux qui recherchent un endroit de la région vacation resort tranquille pour visiter du lac de Garde,

The apartment is great, freshly renovated, clean and Provides everything what you need for a relaxing and beautiful stay at lake Garda. A daily morning swim in the pool and the wonderful view fro the terrace made our stay very special. We recommend this experience to everybody who wants a calm and beautiful timeout.
