Indipendent house apartment ideal up to 4 people, inside a luxuriant garden with swimming pool in common with other guests, tennis court, parking next home.

At level 1 sitting room with large terrace, kitchen and toilet, at level 2 two bedrooms and bathroom. Aircondo. Equipped terrace and reseved garden.

Close to beaches and to 5 Terre, Portovenere easy daily trip to Lucca, Pisa and Portofino, Carrara marble quarries...

Possibility of garage in Lerici on request. Far from traffic, crowd and noise, in the nature, but easy to live: café and newspaper shop, food & bakery, local organic shop are at walking distance.

Ancient paths descends to San Terenzo, to the Venere Azzurra beach and to Lerici, while bus services are useful to come back home.

The road connecting the villages of Pugliola, Solaro to Pitelli is perfect for running in the tree shadow and mountainbike trail are all around. From Lerici peer easy ferry boat connections to 5 Terre by and Portovenere, or by car (45 minutes to Riomaggiore) or by train from La Spezia Station (10 minutes La Spezia- Riomaggiore then Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso). On the east side f the gulf: the village of Tellaro and the beaches of Baia Blu, Venere Azzurra and Fiasherino, the lost village of Montemarcello, Bocca di Magra and the medieval city of Sarzana.

Fantastic apartment with beautiful view

Fantastic and modern apartment everything was so nice. Good service with a garage down town, so it was possible for us to park close to the city. The pool area is nice and clean - the gartner comes every morning to see everything is alright👌, and the view from apartment and pool is fabulous💫. During our stay we had some questions that we asked to the owner and also the housekeeper by text message..these were never replied..so that was a bit disappointing. The day we left - again we was sending a small text message saying thank you for a good stay..and no reply was received. Just a 👍🏼 would have been nice.

Atemberaubende Aussicht!!!

Wunderschöne Lage, tolles Haus, freundliche Gastgeber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, wir kommen gerne wieder! Einzig die Zufahrt ist etwas schwierig und sehr steil.

Tolles Haus in bester Lage.

Die Lage auf dem Hügel ist einmalig schön. Das Haus und der Pool wunderbar. Komfort und Ruhe mit fantastischer Aussicht. Im Zentrum von Lerici eigener Tiefgaragenplatz, zum Glück. Weil im Ort selbst alles voll: Restaurants, Parkplätze und auch die Strände. In Lerici gute Busanbindung und zu den Fähren.

Traumblick auf mediterran gestaltetem Hügel

Ein hervorragend liegendes Haus mit guter Ausstattung (in der Küche wären kleine Messer, eine Schere sowie mehr Tassen und 4 Sektgläser perfekt). Das Haus liegt auf einem liebevoll gestalteten "Parkhügel". Auf einer Seite des Hauses grenzt direkt der gemeinschaftliche kleine Pool an, auf der anderen Gebäudeseite grenzen direkt zwei weitere Ferienhäuser an. Im EG befinden sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und die ca. 16 qm große Terrasse. 17 bequeme Stufen tiefer liegen die beiden Schlafzimmer und das kleine Bad. 18 Außentreppenstufen vom EG hinauf erreicht man die Dachterrasse, die über die gesamte Gebäudefläche geht und einen mehr als traumhaften Blick auf Lerici, San Tenenzo und die dahinter befindlichen Berge gewährt. Bei guter Sicht ist sogar die Spitze von Korsika zu sehen (auch von der Terrasse darunter aus). Das Objekt liegt hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre oder in die Toskana (Florenz, Lucca, Pisa). An - und Abfahrt auf 150 m Höhe erfolgen über eine gepflasterte, einspurige Straße mit 4 Kehren. Bei zwei Kehren muss mit großen Autos zurückgesetzt werden. Fazit: ein Traum!

Modernes Haus mit toller Sicht

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, inkl. elektr. Saftpresse. Grosser Balkon umd Dachterrasse. Ganz oben auf einem weitläufigen Grundstück. 2 Nachbarhäuser unmittelbar nebenan. Badezimmer klein, aber ok. Wenn man draußen sitzt, ist die Strasse hörbar, uns hats nicht gestört. Tennisplatz und Pool super!

Neues Haus mit sauberen Pool nebenan

Auf einem Terassenartiges Grundstück mit mehreren Haüser steht ganz oben dieses neue freistehende Haus. Direkt nebenan ist der Pool. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat unten 2 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Auch der Wohn/Essbereich ist klimatisiert. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet einen phantastischen Blick über die Bucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mit Nespresso Maschine. Einen Tennisplatz steht zur Verfügung ohne Aufpreis. Schläger und Bälle können geliehen werden. Der Pool hat einen tollen Blick und ist sehr sauber. Uns hat es total gut gefallen und wir werden sicher zurückkommen.

Magnifique

Très belle maison bien conçue et bien équipée dans un superbe écrin de verdure. Une vue à couper le souffle. Cerise sur le gâteau, un box à disposition dans le centre-ville de Lerici très pratique pour éviter de chercher une place. Je recommande très vivement ce logement.

Extraordianire

Dès que vous franchissez le portail de la propriété c'est magnifique. Oliviers et citronniers jalonnent le chemin qui conduit à la maison et là surprise ! Une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Lerici et la mer. Véritable maison de vacances parfaitement équipée, impeccable, aménagement astucieux et décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de gout.
