"Da Vinci" Tuscany House of Artists Apartment

Tuscany House of Artists is a farmhouse of the late '800, consisting of three carefully restored apartments.
Located in Tuscany, in a town in the Versilia called Montignoso, a lush hilly area, surrounded by greenery, where the relaxation and the taste of simple things mark the days of the locals, still tied to old traditions and healthy life.
Just 5 km from the most famous seaside and artistic resorts of the area, such as Forte dei Marmi, famous for its beaches and nightlife and Pietrasanta, known in the world for art and gastronomy.
The apartment "Da Vinci" is located on the ground floor, has a bright living area with LED TV and dining room, a comfortable kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven. A toaster and a coffee machine are also provided.
There are two bathrooms with shower and bidet, one of which is for private use of one of the two bedrooms.
One of the two double rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.
Air conditioning and heating are present in every room.
Bicycle rental is available at the property upon prior reservation. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, routes on the Via Francigena, horse riding, golf, cycling and fishing.

Upon arrival, € 200.00 in cash is required as a deposit against damages, which are refunded on departure
