Enjoyable Stay
Our family of 5, two adults and 3 teenage/older children, just returned from a great stay at this VRBO. Sabatino was so gracious and helpful. He drove us down to the town on Amalfi on our first day and then picked up from the bus stop. You will definitely need a car, private car and driver or take public transportation to get around. Sabatino had the bus schedules printed for us and even purchased our first bus tickets. Public transportation was very easy to use.
The VRBO was just as described, except for the view from the balcony is not quite what is shown in the photos, you can see left and down to Amalfi but it is not as close as they suggest. There is a building in front to the left of the apartment block and an electricity tower to the left which obscure the view a little, but the views straight ahead and to the left are unhindered and reach out to the sea and coastline and did not disappoint. The place was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Keep in mind that there are 122 steps from the top of the road to the entrance to your house. Sabatino met us at the top of the stairs upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage and also helped us upon our departure.
Would definitely recommend this place. It was a wonderful vacation in a magnificent setting. Sabatino went above and beyond what you would expect of a host.
