The perfect place

This property is everything it says its really close to beach. Surf shops right outside your door a short walk to beach and down town. I never cooked or ate in room but it look well equipped. everything is close and right out your door. Some steep stairs to go up to get to room. No view of beach. But it was perfect and you can walk to everything. You get what you pay for and It was perfect cause I spent my days renting an umbrella at the beach. Ac worked nice and the noise does go away at night. I would stay again. Its not fancy but clean and affordable.

This condo is exactly like it is described. It is a studio, but has a small kitchen with 2 burners, a coffee maker and a microwave. We only used the coffee maker and the microwave, but both worked well. The bed was firm, but comfortable. It is 2 blocks from the beach and about 3 blocks to the center of town. It was very convenient to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had a couple of minor issues, at the beginning of our stay, but the hosts immediately responsed and addressed the issues, immediately. (Note: the hosts speak Spanish, so if you email them and they respond in Spanish, you just ask them if they can translate the answers to English and they will.) The condo is a little bit tricky to find, but if you look at the pictures they send right before your stay it helps. The town itself is charming, but nighttime is loud. The condo was surprisingly quiet, at night. (We closed the bathroom door, at night.) Overall, if we were going to stay in a studio condo again, we would come back to this one.

Love Sayulita

The stay we had in Sayulita allowed us to discover the town and everything was in walking distance the suite we stayed in did have a few issues with cockroaches that were seen in the washroom kitchen and crawled on my breakfast plate at the dining table. If the lights were on they were not around. The TV did not work well. The cable tv channels were garbled and fuzzy and it was impossible to got to YouTube or cast to the tv. We ended up just using our tablet for in condo entertainment. Don go to the Chinese restaurant a few steps away. Worst we ever had. There are many great places to eat (other than Chinese) nearby and all within a short walk. The town is very busy with lots to do during Dia de los Muertos and the beaches are calm but busy with rentable seating.

Vacation

Absolutely loved this studio in town. Was looking to stay with the locals not some fancy resort. Perfectly situated close to the beach. My husband and I will be back hopefully for a month next year. Already looking forward to it.
