It has a sofa, TV and a large dining table. The terrace has a small pool (2.5 m. X 1.5 m., 0.80 m. Depth), ideal for cooling off, sunbathing and enjoying the views. It has a room with a double bed, with an en suite bathroom, and another room with two single beds. The two bathrooms have a large shower. It stands out for its qualities, its luminosity and its exceptional location.

The kitchen is fully equipped, has microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The apartment has WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for the use of our guests: air conditioning (hot / cold), TV, hair dryer, iron, etc.

It is exceptionally located to enjoy Torremolinos, both the shops and restaurants in the center, as well as its beaches. Its pleasant terrace stands out, with a small pool (2.5 m. X 1.5 m., 0.80 m. Depth), to cool off while sunbathing and enjoying the sea views. It also has furniture for having breakfast or sitting down to read or talk in the tranquility of the terrace.



–How to move:

It is a five-minute walk from the main streets and promenades in the center of Torremolinos, such as the famous Calle San Miguel or the Nogalera area, where the Cercanías train station is located. The train communicates comfortably and quickly with the airport, the center of Malaga and with other areas of the Costa de Sol such as Benalmádena and Fuengirola. The bus stops are also a few minutes walk away. The famous Bajondillo beach is just 8 minutes away on foot. In just ten minutes by car you can reach Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport.



–To consider:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. It is allowed on the balcony and terrace. Parties are completely prohibited and the rest hours of the neighbors must be respected, as well as the rules of the community.

Arrivals at the accommodation are from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, on request.
