About this property

A perfect little base made just for two located in a lovely village full of history.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Washer Dryer
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

On road parking. No smoking. Dysart is a lovely village with quirky little streets, small working harbour and is full of history. Records date back to the 13th century but local legend of St Serf dates the area as far back as 500 AD. Not forgetting Ravenscraig Park and Ravenscraig Castle. If you like to hunt out film and TV locations, Dysart Harbour was a film set for the popular TV series Outlander. The Harbourmaster’s House and the West part of the harbour were turned into the French port of Le Havre. Dysart used to be a Royal Burgh in it’s own right and had trading links with continental Europe.
Linne Foirthe has been decorated with a lovely mix of modern and traditional in keeping with the properties character and history. This ground floor mid terrace tenement house is a great base for a couple looking to relax and discover the beautiful Fife coastal path. It has views of the sea from the living room and the kitchen, which also looks on to the shared garden to the rear. There are nine steps leading down to the garden. Dysart is effectively a north-eastern suburb of Kirkcaldy, so the town centre is just a few minutes drive away. You can explore Edinburgh, St Andrews or Stirling Castle all in under an hours drive. Beach 1 mile.
