Modern two bedroom caravan situated in Annsmuir Caravan Park by Ladybank. Adjacent to prestigious Ladybank Golf Course set in a pretty location. Woodland walks on doorstep.
Five minutes to Cupar, 20 minutes to St Andrews. 15 minutes to Glenrothes.
20 minutes to mile long sandy beaches of Tentsmuir. 30 minutes to Elie, Pitenweem Anstruther and Crail.
Cairnie Fruit Farm and Deer park in nearby Cupar.

King bed with tempur mattress and ensuite. Bedding provided but no towels.
Good shower room. Full white modern kitchen with dining area.
Second bedroom two single beds and comfortable seating area.
FREE SAT 32 inch tv and fireplace. No wifi.
Double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

Outside space fully enclosed decking area with four chairs/table and solar lights.

Set beside Ladybank Golf Course in quiet pretty Park with good woodland walks. Laundry on site. Own parking space.

Ladybank

Caravan was comfortable with everything we needed. Our host Judith informed us of restaurants pubs and places to visit nearby. She made sure we were made welcome and comfortable . I would definitely book this caravan again and would recommend it to other guests .

Thank you for leaving your review. I was admittedly disappointed in three out of five stars given you said it was a great mobile home and a great stay ! The caravan is a modern clean two bedroom with king en suite in a quiet pretty park close to most villages and towns in Fife. I provide a number of basics; towels, tea towels, bed linen and very comfortable beds with a good shower room and ensuite. To respond to the small shortcomings - no tongs - an oven glove is provided and a selection of serving cutlery. I do not advertise a coffee maker but provide a jar of coffee. There is an indoor clothes rack and a washing line out on the decking area with pegs. I also provide brushes and a vacuum cleaner. I am at a loss at your comments but thank you for taking the time to write this review. Regards Judith
