Gorgeous, massive 6 bed, 6 bathroom luxury villa with a lavish heated pool, stunning sea views, a covered BBQ deck with darts, and a tranquil Canarias palm garden on a plot of over1,154 m². The villa has been renovated with a new and expanded sea viewing deck by the pool area, a brand new atrium and living rooms, and a newly refurbished studio with its own kitchen and independent entrance. Each of the 6 spacious double bedrooms has a contemporary design and its own ensuite bathroom.

The main living room boasts a vaulting ceiling with a marble bar, a 65" Hitachi LED smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, Youtube, and Disney+, a pool table, and plenty of comfortable seating. The villa also benefits from blazing fast fibre optic internet which provides speeds of up to 300 Mbps, enough for many devices to simultaneously stream and work.

The living room leads into a double height vaulted atrium which houses a brand new secondary lounge area where guests can relax to views of the sea, a games area with an air hockey table, and an additional dining table for meals or casual working.

The generous kitchen is well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, an American style double door fridge freezer, a blender, and a large dining table.

Outside, a shaded pergola offers an al fresco dining and BBQ area with stunning views of the sea and across to Fuerteventura island. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the 10 meter solar heated swimming pool, which is the perfect place to do laps or cool off between sunbathing on the elevated sun deck.

For families with babies, we can provide baby cots and high chairs.

The villa is in an exclusive and quiet residential area just a short walk to the the nearest local beach or to the Montana Roja hiking trail where explorers can enjoy the stunning views from the top. Flamingo beach, Aqua Lava water park, and the town centre of Playa Blanca are just a few minutes drive away and there is a taxi stand around the corner from the villa. There is a new public park with two tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, a basketball court and playground just 15 to 20 minutes walk away which can be used free of charge.

Two parking spaces are available in the driveway with additional free parking in the cul de sac in front of the property. Lanzarote Airport is 30 minutes away by car (34 km).

The swimming pool is heated by an ecological heating system using solar panels and has a cover which maintains a comfortable temperature of the water to 26/27 degrees if properly covered at night. Requests to increase the water temperature will require additional electric heating which has an extra cost of 50€/day.
