The accommodation is arranged over two floors.
Downstairs:
The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, microwave, oven, large fridge and dishwasher.
Through into the sitting room open from the Hallway is seating area for dining and living room which has a bay window and sliding doors leading directly out into the private, fenced garden. The living room is bright and airy with a television, a selection of family games and music system.
The first bathroom is the downstairs shower room and loo.
Upstairs:
There are 2 double bedrooms and a bunk room as well as a large modern family bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside:
The garden has plenty of seating, a bbq, table perfect for sociable al fresco dining and enjoying the fresh air with a small games room.
It is fenced and has a small gate at the front, perfect for keeping little ones/dogs safe.
