Small ground floor self contained flat suitable for a couple or couple and 2 children. (not a party pad) This apartment consists of two 12’x12’ rooms and an ensuite shower room. There is a twin sofa bed (2 side by side singles, ideal for siblings) Please consider how much space you will need before booking. All bedding and towels provided including seperate beach towels. Near to Sandown Beach and Pier. Bus stop approx 50 meters away. Private entrance at the back of the house with patio garden and garden furniture. Furniture cushions are not waterproof. If used, please put cushions in the box at night and the cover back on the parasol. (Sea mist and sea gulls are not a good combination!) The patio garden is shared with a family member who lives in the flat over my kitchen, he is mostly out at work and seldom around) Parking provided. Kitchenette/lounge with full size oven/grill, large microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer and twin sofa bed. Central heating. Starter pack provided inc tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread, jams & marmite, cereal, milk and condiments. (Gluten free and Vegan cereal and gluten free biscuits available, please ask in advance.). Discounted ferry booking service available, at least 25% off standard car rates with Wightlink, less discount with Red Funnel and just a small amount for foot passengers. Please arrange this well in advance of your sailing as discounted rates are limited and subject to availability. Car reg and make needed. No smoking, vaping or candles anywhere at this property please. If booking through Expedia, please download the Vrbo app for ease of communication with the host. Please check in by 8pm. Please note that the owner lives on site.

Fabulous accommodation. Spotlessly clean and excellently equipped - Ally thinks of everything a holidaymaker could possibly need, and the cereals, jams, biscuits and teas are a welcome touch. The apartment is a very short and easy walk to the beach, pier and shops. Thank you, Ally, for another perfect holiday
An absolutely perfect holiday stay. Beautifully equipped, lots of those special finishing touches that really help. Like snacks, hot drinks, milk, breakfast cereals. Absolutely spotless, really comfy bed. I had the very best holiday.
Location was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay.Our host Ally was incredibly helpful and welcoming and making sure we felt right at home. She not only bought us the cheaper ferry tickets but also managed to change the timings of our trip at a very short notice on our request.she also provided us with a variety of breakfast items.It really made a difference to our trip.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the Isle of Wight!

flat all ready and stocked with the food and drink we needed. She contacted me before the trip just to check what kind of essentials (milk, bread etc) we would need and had those already in the house when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Ally The location of the flat is perfect for walking down to the coast and experiencing the lovely sandy beach and Sandown Pier which are only a few minutes walk away. There is always a good buzz around the beach area, we found there was lots to do there to enjoy a fun day with kids. The local shops are also just a couple of minutes walk away, a mix of small businesses and larger supermarkets. There is something for everyone around there.
Communication with the accomodation manager was excellent from the time of booking up to the end and was very helpful when we experienced some hiccups with our trip, the house was very clean with classy furniture and very quiet environment, I highly recommend this accomodation to aspiring visitors ,it was very suitable for me,my husband and our 7 year old boy.
This little apartment is a jewel in the crown of self-catering properties! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, exceptionally well-equipped (Ally really has thought of everything) and an easy few minutes’ walk from Sandown town shops and the beach.
Ally is the perfect hostess: on hand if needed, yet not intrusive. We had a fabulous holiday, thank you, and would love to return.

The property was decorated to a high standard. There were lots of little extras provided. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.
Lovely modern and comfortable appartment, the host was very wecolming. Added extras of bread, milk, cereals and more. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Lovely little flat, clean and modern and close to everything. Bread and milk provided on arrival as well as plentiful supply of tea, coffee, biscuits, cereals and jams. Host was lovely and showed us around everything. Easy check in and out and great communication.
Thank you Ally for the attention to detail and pride you take in making the flat clean, comfy and well equipped, literally everything you need is there even beach towels & cooler bag, the location is perfect, the bed is super comfy. My husband and i stayed for a week and have NO complaints at all, thanks again, we will definitely return.

We were there for work purposes, unit was absolutely perfect. Everything you would need, very comfortable bed, great shower and all spotlessly clean. Ally was so helpful in anyway. Hopefully be back next year
Yet again second time stayed here and it was absolutely amazing had all the facilities that’ we needed everything was astonishingly tidy and clean.
Couldn’t fault our stay. This is our second time here and me and my partner love it. So cosy and warm.

Ally was really welcoming giving us a full guided tour of the flat that was really nice and well stocked with breakfast food. Flat really modern and has own private entrance. Off street parking was very welcoming. Only had a few days stay but really nice and location to local amenities very good. Recommended.

The property was very clean although small. Situated close to the beach, grocery shops and takeaways. The local pubs are good but not all serve food.
Although small the Flat had everything you needed thank you for the extras i.e food items. The Bistro Bellamy and the Chinee Restaurant had some great meals. Would certainly recommend this lovely flat. We would have liked a stair rail being elderly stairs quite steep Linda and Alan
I was lucky enough to find this property and it did not disappoint. Ally is a lovely host and I feel as though if I requested something she would go out of her way to help...not that I needed anything as the apartment has everything required to make my three night stay perfect.
I visit the island every year to visit friends so I will most definitely return....Thank you Ally.
A very compact but well fitted out flat. The welcome pack was far more than I have ever had before. It was well situated in the town and the owner was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her.

I fell in love with the Isle of Wight when I used to come every year with one of my schools. We still meet up when they come over.
What makes this property unique
Sunny patio garden, close to the beach and high street but in a quiet area. Discounted ferry, usually at least 25% off standard car ferry price with Wightlink depending on time of year and which service used. Parking at the property. Please note that I live in the main house and a family member lives in the flat over my kitchen. He is mostly out at work but needs access through the patio garden.
