If you are thinking about renting this property BEWARE! While its big & in a great location if you encounter an issue best of luck as you're gonna need it. The photos of the living room are lovely but in reality the furniture's worn & uncomfortable. There's a sparse number of cookware & utensils, refrigerator's cool not cold & freezer in serious need of defrosting. The floors are in need of deep cleaning so be sure to wear socks! It's listed as a 2 bedroom apt but the 2nd is nothing more than an alcove with a curtain/rod across the opening & its a pullout sofa bed! The bathroom's are renovated but poorly done & maintained so the 1st time we tried taking a shower in the main bathroom it flooded with 2 inches of water. We called & sent multiple messages to the contact & owner with no response. We ended up using every towel we had to sop up the water as there was nothing else to use. My husband tried using the other shower & the nozzles were so poorly assembled & corroded that water shot everywhere other than the shower head. Our contact called the next day & came over that afternoon but told us how he wasn't the fix it guy & the owners were very busy people. After complaints back & forth he did buy & install a new showerhead for the 1 small shower & later got permission from the owners to call a plumber. After all said our main bathroom shower wasn't usable for 4 out of our 8 day stay. These owners don't care about your "luxury "experience as long as they've got your money.
Rome éternelle, flâner suffirait mais de palais et églises, de rues en fontaines, c'est un ravissement. L'appartement est confortable et au centre de ce musée vivant.
