About this property

Stunning peninsula views with unmatched privacy and covered boat dock!

The house is located on Orchard Island and situated on the corner of a cove with peninsula views - one of the best views on the lake! Our vacation home is fully furnished and sleeps 10 (including children). You will find plenty of outdoor seating on more than 250 feet of lakefront perfect for swimming, fishing, or enjoying the sunsets. A 24’ private, covered boat slip is included with your rental.

Daily/weekly boat rentals are within walking distance at Spend A Day Marina. Dishes and linens are provided, please ask if there is something specific you will need for your stay.

Exterior security cameras are located on each side of the property with complete views of all exterior activity (firepit, boat dock, front door, driveway and lake facing side) for safety purposes.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please do not use deadbolts upon exit.
Please review Exhibit B of your rental agreement to avoid excessive cleaning fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fireworks please.
No accelerants are to be used in the fire pit under any circumstances, please purchase fire logs as needed.
No parties/events are allowed, guests beyond 10 will result in loss of security deposit and immediate removal with no refund.

This house has been passed down 3 generations and our grandparents couldn't have chosen a better spot for our family to gather.

The home has lake views from every bedroom and is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Bellefontaine and 30 minutes from Marysville.
