Round up ALL USED wash cloths, hand towels and body towels then START THEM IN THE LAUNDRY MACHINE with 1 detergent pod.
Remove USED bedding and pile in laundry room. Dont remove bedskirt or unused bedding. Place all used dishes in the dishwasher add pod and START.

We book the house in April. The house needs a deep cleaning. Especially the Kitchen. The evenings were cool and there were not enough extra blankets. The comforters are for summer weather. The water smelled and was really rusty. Unpon arrival the water in the kitchen sink dribbled out of the faucet and no water came out of the downstairs faucet. Contacted owner and he promply sent someone to look at the problem. The faucet screens were clogged and never really worked well after the service man left. We had a hard time regulating the Airconditioning during the day and the last night of our stay we needed Heat because it was going down into the low 40's. The thermostate failed and we had no heat. No extra blankets.I would not recommend staying at this house. Very outdated and needs alot of TLC.

We do find it a bit surprising that several of the other concerns mentioned were either resolved promptly during your stay or never brought to our attention at the time, as we’re always happy to fix things when given the opportunity. For clarity, the home is professionally cleaned and maintained between each guest, and we consistently receive positive feedback reflecting that. We also note that accurate guest counts and real-time communication tend to help ensure the smoothest possible experience for everyone involved. We enjoyed our stay, the house was plenty big enough for our group of people, there were a few things that were less than par, but they were not major, they can be easily taken care of. We would stay there again. John if you email me I can tell you the things that can be fixed.
