Bonne isolation phonique il vaut mieux car beaucoup de passage sur la rue .
Très bon accueil, le propriétaire donne de bons conseils .
Quelques ustensiles de cuisine seraient les bien venu (bouilloire, presse citron une petite casserole pour 4 personnes c'est peu ...)Appartement confortable , pr ès de la côte ,
