This magnificent detached cottage is in the town of Warwick in the West Midlands, and can sleep eight people in four rooms.
Castle View is a grand property found in Warwick, opposite the world famous castle founded by William the Conqueror. The property has four bedrooms, four bathrooms (including three en-suites), and can sleep eight people. The ground floor of the property features an open-plan living pace with a kitchen, dining, and sitting area, a courtyard, and an orangery. There is also a balcony on both the first and second floors. Castle View is a marvellous property for a big family or group of friends, the ideal base for exploring the wonders of Warwick.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric double oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car and roadside parking in side street next to cottage for one car. Balcony with ample seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: Off-road parking is not suitable for a four-wheel drive. Note: Please take care with children when on the balcony. Note: Bedroom three does not have a door, instead it has a heavy curtain. Note: Bedroom four has a screen across the bed area for privacy
