The flat was neat and the appliances worked well. It is located close to the bus station and city centre.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This apartment did not look anything like the pictures. It was unclean and smelly. The foyer was very disgusting and dirty. The communication was so poor I had to request to be moved from this apartment and by the time they could resolve this issue for me it was 11 pm. There was Hair on the bed which the host had seen and done nothing about there was missing blinds so people can see through the bedroom. And it was very noisy the lights wasn’t working in the hallway so it just felt very dangerous and unsafe people were using torches and rattling and banging on doors.
